Garage Gyms still inspire Hard Core like no other facility, especially when created right:  by that I mean the right people.  A gym is a community.  It is not the guy running it or creating elite systems.  It is the entire chain from top to bottom.  We keep our garage gym drama free and mix almost every race and ethnic background together.  It is truly a place where everybody wants to see everyone do well.  So different from the petty facilities and groups that I have belonged to over my training years.  We keep everybody humble and some of the toughest people in Buffalo have trained here in the past.  They all demonstrated a quiet reserve that was in and of itself a great teaching tool for our young athletes who were beginning to get big headed about freshman highlights: humility is a must.  We teach to be confident but never boast. The road is long and goes on as long as we live.  We must keep moving forward despite anything we face.

 

In an age of gym’s on video screens, create your own Primordial Garage Gym that can let you live hardcore: by that I mean peaceful confidence not a punk.  Let us tell you how from what equipment to great rules that keep the misbehaviors out and the sense of community in.!  Remember warehouse gyms are big garage gyms.  I will always have one.  It is a sanctuary.
